14. The chairman unit has the following conference control functions:

* Approval of the speech application function of the delegate unit;

* The speaking unit of the representative who is speaking can be forcibly closed;

* It is not limited by the number of speakers and the speaking mode, and can be opened freely and is not limited by the installation position.
