Basra Oil Company (BOC) (Arabic: شركة نفط البصرة), formerly known as the Iraqi South Oil Company, is a state-owned enterprise responsible for overseeing oil production in southern Iraq. Headquartered in Basra, BOC is a key subsidiary of the Iraq National Oil Company (INOC).
